170. A narration stating that abundant salutations will ensure many spouses in Jannah? ധാരാളം സ്വലാത്ത് ചൊല്ലിയാൽ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിരവധി ഇണകളെ കിട്ടുമെന്ന് പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്ന ഒരു വിവരണം?
Q- Is this Hadith authentic? Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “Those who sent the most salutations [durud] upon me, will have the most number of wives in Jannah”

Allamah Sakhawi (rahimahullah) states that he has not come across any chain for this narration. (Al Qawlul Badi’, pg. 273)

 The Hadith should not be quoted until the chain can be located and then verified.
